We are building the monitoring and security platform for developers, IT ops teams and business users in the cloud age.
The Role

The AIOps team is dramatically expanding Datadog's ability to convert observability insights into operational excellence using Large Language Models, Machine Learning and essential Service Management products.
As the Product Manager for a Datadog Autonomous Agent you will work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists and customers to help build and launch a product to encourage and drive efficiency and operational best practices. You will drive the vision and own the roadmap - collaborating closely with marketing, sales and Datadog's executive team. We are looking for a passionate, hands-on product manager who will dive into conversations with customers, deeply understand the need and opportunity presented and ship products that are essential to a customer's daily workflow.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of the roadmap for a Service Management Autonomous Agent product and service
  • Deeply understand the opportunities afforded by AI/ML advances to solve customer problems and help close the loop through autonomous agents throughout the product
  • Partner closely with customers, collecting their feedback on features, functionality and usability
  • Partner internally with all of Datadog's product teams, including Software Delivery and Cloud Security, to understand what user workflows can be augmented or automated with the help of AI/ML capabilities
  • Understand and navigate AI/ML customer policies, legal and regulatory landscape
  • Work with a broad range of internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and customer success teams, to define GTM strategy and revenue opportunities

Who You Are:

  • You have a proven track record as a deeply technical product leader independently defining strategy and owning execution of a product
  • Expertise in AI/ML either as a practitioner (Data scientist) or a Product Manager or a Solutions Architect
  • You have strong customer empathy and the ability to communicate effectively on technical topics with nuance for different audiences, including executives
  • Demonstrated success in defining and shipping products in a nascent product category
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We know not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about technology and want to grow your experience, we encourage you to apply.
Benefits & Growth:

  • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
  • Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing
  • Intra-departmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking
  • An inclusive company culture, ability to join our Community Guilds
  • Access to Inclusion Talks, our Internal panel discussions
  • Free, global Spring Health benefits for employees and dependents age 6+
  • Competitive global benefits

Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.
Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.
