Why Join the Warner Bros. Discovery Team?
Delivering one of the largest and most iconic content libraries in streaming to millions of consumers around the globe is no easy feat. It requires high levels of collaboration, a willingness to take risks, and a passion to tackle some of the most complex design challenges. That's why at Warner Bros. Discovery, we cultivate an environment for our employees to thrive, whether it's designing all our tech from scratch to continuously innovate, working at the exciting pace of a startup, or utilizing our flexible working hours to enhance collaboration with teams across the world. We think big and we hire people who do the same: designers who love owning a problem and creating their own elegant solutions, and those who are willing to try, fail, learn, and try again because that's how we truly build the future.
We try to expose early career designers to a wide range of projects, to help them get a sense for where their interests lie. We then pair them with a range of senior designers so that they can learn from a mix of experiences. Attributes we look for in all our hires across the team are ownership and leadership. Proactively taking ownership, having a bias for action, curious and always asking why.
Your New Role...
As a Senior Product Designer, you will provide support for every aspect of the product design process, from initial brainstorm sessions to final pixel tweaks. You will work closely with a talented team of designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, writers and legal experts. You will utilize a full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills, and be responsible for much of the final product experience. On large, complex projects you will partner with Staff Product Designers and Design Leaders.
