How you’ll make an impact
We are seeking ambitious product designers that want to help us design the future of travel. From search and booking, to travel agent and admin tools, our mission is to create the “Perfect Trip.” Spotnana is taking a revolutionary approach to modernizing travel tech, and we need designers that have a desire to break from the status-quo, be inspired to rethink user experiences, and the drive to deliver lasting results.
What you’ll own
- Designing thoughtful solutions to complex product initiatives, from conception to launch
- Presenting solutions with mocks, prototypes, and specs that effectively communicate product concepts and user experiences
- Collaborating in agile cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and other designers—defining user experience goals, gathering user insights, and designing solutions that delight users and meet business goals
- Being a team player and design professional, being open to receiving and giving feedback and guidance, and helping to elevate our craft
- Inviting feedback and quickly iterating on designs based on product and data insights
- Staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices in the product design industry
Experience to bring with you
- 5+ years of experience in product design and comfortable working across a variety of design requirements, including research, concepting, UI, and design systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work that demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and a big bonus for showing us your style
- High proficiency in Figma, and desire to explore various design prototyping and AI tools
- Understanding of working with and evolving Figma-based design systems, including working on responsive design layouts, and accessibility requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product managers and developers to deliver products in a timely manner
- Experience in the travel industry is also a bonus, but not required

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $165,000 - $185,000
