The Team:
The IT Operations Office Technology team is responsible for the buildout, maintenance and improvement of our offices around the globe. Every Datadog office puts the employee experience first to create a space for Datadog employees to do their best work. We ensure the technology in our offices is second to none.
The Opportunity:
As a member of the IT Office Technology team, you'll help Datadog build and maintain best-in-class offices and all the technology that keeps them running and providing a high quality employee experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and improve the WiFi and networking infrastructure in our offices
  • Build and maintain our monitoring infrastructure as it pertains to our office networks
  • Work closely with our vendors on procurement and design for builds and upgrades
  • Assist with the technology buildout of new office space
  • Ensure the networks in our offices are running optimally
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies
  • Collaborate on various initiatives with Office Operations and other employee-focused teams
  • Serve as a point of escalation for the IT Support team
  • Create and maintain team and user facing policies and procedures


Who You Are:

  • Passionate about delivering high quality, low-complexity collaboration experiences at scale
  • Experienced managing Meraki office networks, including Meraki API, Marketplace apps, and Integrations.
  • Experienced in WiFi design and troubleshooting
  • You are extremely technical
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • You are fascinated by the way things work and love to learn
  • You want to work in a fast, high growth startup environment
