CLEAR is looking for a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Planning to help support growth within CLEAR Verified, our integrated identity Platform powering identity verification at any user touchpoint. As Sr. Manager, Strategy & Planning, you will be responsible for a variety of strategic initiatives including driving market insights, competitive analysis and internal KPI tracking. 

What you'll do:

  • Partner with Business Leadership: Understand the business inside out, financial plan, products and client segments, and how each metric affects the other, from top line to bottom line; financially, operationally and commercially
  • Analyze data & generate insights: Dive deep into data from multiple sources to identify insights and opportunities to drive practical high impact business recommendations
  • Propose strategies for the markets served by this product line, identifying critical customer needs, shaping competitive strategy and executing plans to grow the business
  • Support Business Development in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and assessing market opportunities
  • Org enablement: Provide support for projects including crafting agendas, identifying key opportunities, and tracking action items

  • Your research and recommendations lead to change and action within our business
  • Our business teams find you to be an invaluable partner, helping them deliver across key revenue goals
  • You identify and propose workable solutions to blockers within the organization


What you're great at:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in an operational or strategic planning role
  • Strong experience in business strategy, strategic and operational planning, benchmarking against objectives, as well as driving executive-level communications and stakeholder management
  • Competitive research and analysis - what are our competitors doing and what features differentiate us in the market?
  • Experience with Salesforce reports/dashboards and workflow rules
  • Excellent communications skills and highly effective interpersonal skills able to inspire confidence and provide leadership throughout the organization
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and effective with minimal guidance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-130,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
