We are looking for a Senior Manager, QA Engineering to join our SpringServe leadership team to help ensure quality is baked into the entire Software Development Lifecycle.

In this roleyou will:

• Lead a team of one to five Software Development Engineers in Test across the SpringServe and Clearline product lines, covering Ad Servers up to the UI configuration and reporting layer and other supporting services.
• Design test strategies by analyzing and dissecting complex, heavily integrated software systems
• Lead test plan creation for large-scale integration projects
• Implement and develop automated tests to execute test strategies in a repeatable and maintainable fashion
• Assist with manual testing when automated testing is not practical
• Collaborate closely with product, project, and development teams to identify and resolve technical, business, and process-related issues.
• Conduct research and create Proof of Concepts on new testing technologies/tools/concepts
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver quality software
• Be responsible for signing off QA for the releases.

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience leading a Quality Assurance team
• 7+ years of QA and automation experience across both backend services and user interfaces
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with the Ad Tech industry
• Ability to write SQL and/or use Relational DB tooling to query data in a relational database

In California, the base salary range for this position is: $185,000 - $205,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
