ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Manager, Marketing Testing and Measurement will lead the design and execution of A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and other testing methodologies, ensuring that data-driven insights drive continuous improvement and innovation across the business. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, data science, and executive teams as well as across multiple platform partners (Meta, Google, TT, Pinterest, etc) to develop robust measurement frameworks and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. You should have a strong track record of influencing and communicating effectively across stakeholders and working with individual contributors up to executive level leadership.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Develop Global Testing Strategies: Lead the creation of a comprehensive testing roadmap, identifying key areas for testing and optimization across multiple regions and channels.
  • Test Design and Execution: Oversee the design and implementation of A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methodologies to evaluate the performance of campaigns, product features, and customer experiences.
  • Measurement Frameworks: Develop and maintain standardized measurement frameworks, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and attribution models, to assess the impact of global marketing and product efforts.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze test results using statistical techniques and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas of opportunity and recommending strategies for optimization.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with marketing, product, and data science teams to ensure alignment on objectives, testing priorities, and measurement standards.
  • Global Coordination: Collaborate with regional teams to ensure testing strategies are adapted to local market needs while maintaining consistency with global objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead post-test evaluations and contribute to a culture of continuous learning by sharing insights and learnings across teams and regions.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 7+ years experience in a directly related field such as marketing science, marketing analytics, and/or data science in the media measurement space.
  • Experience summarizing test results using statistical analysis software (R, Python, etc).
  • Proficient in spreadsheet and presentation tools (Excel, Sheets, Powerpoint). 
  • Experience independently scoping and executing customized incrementality tests with cross-functional stakeholders (testing experience should include A/B tests, geographical testing, as well as time based experiments).
  • Excellent communication skills presenting to and influencing cross functional leaders, especially through distilling technical matters into clear and concise explanations.
  • Experience with international markets or multi-market testing, particularly in understanding market nuances that impact marketing measurement.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create and manage comprehensive records of test plans, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge is shared effectively and testing frameworks are repeatable across teams and regions.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range

$187,300$243,400 USD
