The Job:  

As a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Global Product & Brand team working as a remote employee.    You’ll get to:  

• Oversees financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities for the Smart Storage, Mac Tools & PROTO organization.
• Direct responsibility for analyzing data and drivers behind the results while articulating succinct summaries of performance including full P&L and Working Capital.
• Financially Lead the Strategic Plan, the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts and leverage data and analytics to provide guidance on driving growth and profitability.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities within a broad team of cross-regional and cross-functional team members partnering closely with the finance leaders within the organization.
• Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
• Lead & support critical business rhythms for product, bringing data and insights to ensure projects are delivered on time, on quality, and on budget.
• Leverage and act on strategic insights and analysis to drive business growth & profitability.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related degree. CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant financial work experience, with a focus on product development and brand strategy.
• Demonstrated experience growing, developing, and managing a high-performing team throughout periods of high change.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop and maintain financial models.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution along with critical thinking, strong analytic, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and process improvement capabilities.
• Strong cross functional leadership skills and experience driving change in a matrixed environment.
• High business acumen and increased collaboration with both functional and business leaders.
• The ability to quickly assess the operational efficiency of a functional group or process and prioritize improvement processes.
• Experience in consumer goods or retail industry a plus.
