The Reporting and Insights team is responsible for data processing and building and maintaining reporting and insight applications. On a daily basis, this team processes billions of records and supports fast query access to thousands of queries from our customers.
We are a growing team as we drive towards a single reporting platform at Magnite. Looking for a great candidate to join our geographically distributed team.
In this role you will:

• Developer with hands on experience on java, scala
• Develop and maintain Reporting API that support thousands of calls every hour
• Support Synchronous and Asynchronous reporting clients
• Work on near real time reporting applications
• Support statically and dynamically generated reports
• Standardize report access across business units
• Develop applications that provide deep insight based on the data
• Work with cross team to access datasets
• Optimize query performance for API access

We're looking for someone with:

• 4+ Years of experience working as full stack engineer
• Love data and challenges with scale
• Passion to learn new skills and technologies
• Experience in Java, Scala, Python, Javascript
• Good understanding of functional programming and object oriented programming techniques
• Good understanding of SQL

Our current tech stack:

• Multiple API frameworks developed on Scala, Vertx
• Kubernetes, AWS
• Terraform for deployments

In California, the base salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $150,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $115,000 - $135,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $150,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
