The Role
LeafLink is seeking a savvy and customer-obsessed Senior Digital Marketing Manager to help increase awareness, deliver leads, and foster engagement for our Banking product. Ultimately, this role will be responsible for building, delivering, and measuring B2B integrated marketing campaigns from end to end. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B lead generation, be an expert at interpreting marketing data, a skilled communicator, and proactive problem solver.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and engagement for our banking product. You will oversee all aspects of campaign management, from planning and execution to optimization and reporting.
- Build Engaging Content Strategy: Own and develop the content strategy for the banking product, including creating compelling content and ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Marketing and Sales) to test and evolve messaging, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and unique market needs.
- Influence Marketing Operations: Work closely with marketing operations to build and maintain accurate reporting for banking campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Deliver Campaign Reporting: Regularly analyze metrics and use data to inform strategy and drive results. Confidently report on the performance of banking campaigns to the rest of the marketing team, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Enhance the Customer Journey/Lifecycle: Leverage your understanding of the banking customer journey to create targeted and impactful marketing initiatives. Partner internally with Product/Engineering to influence changes that result in measurable increases to product adoption and customer retention.
- Sales Alignment and Activation: Work closely with partners in the Sales organization to equip them with the right tools to connect with the leads you’ve generated, measure lead quality, and ultimately help them grow their books of business.
- Scale your Impact: Look for ways to make an outsized impact on the business by improving processes, creating automation, and more.
- Banking Marketing SME: Act as the subject matter expert for banking demand and lead generation. Through testing and collaborating with stakeholders, you are the expert on the banking funnel and what influences each section of the pipeline.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Marketing Experience: Significant experience (5-7 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B technology, banking, and/or cannabis industries strongly preferred.
- Funnel Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage, and a history of improving funnel conversion and velocity.
- Analytics & Data Fluency: Familiarity with using marketing analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Calibermind) to view and manipulate data. Should be able to create dashboards, deep dive campaign performance, and speak eloquently to performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content, articulate complex ideas into simple and easy-to-understand messages.
- Functional Channel & Tool Expertise: Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social media, website, etc.) and tools such as Hubspot, WordPress, Wix, Salesforce, and AppCues. History of utilizing your knowledge of these channels and tools to execute coordinated campaigns across multiple platforms effectively.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Experience partnering across key marketing functions and stakeholders to ensure holistic campaign assembly - Product, PR, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Ops, Sales, Leadership, etc.

Base salary range
$105,000—$155,000 USD
