We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Capital Markets Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of financial experience with at least 3 within the blockchain space evaluating investments and markets and assessing risk adjusted returns. In this role you’ll analyze investment opportunities, manage risk and operationalize strategies. This role requires an understanding of the blockchain and DeFi markets, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to staying ahead of industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA Preferred
- 6 years of financial experience
- 3+ years of experience in the blockchain space. Additional markets or finance experience a plus
- Understanding of crypto market trading/execution, DeFi protocols, blockchain
- Ability to develop risk-adjusted strategies for crypto market trading/execution
- Experience in using blockchain explorers, trading platforms, and DeFi tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to effectively present analysis
- Passion for decentralized finance and a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends
- Ability to articulate complex investment and risk strategies to leadership effectively and efficiently
We offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $160,000 - $210,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer lumen-denominated grants along with the following perks and benefits:
