What We're Looking For:

Sift is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to accelerate our business through and with a community of channel and technical alliance partners. Play a pivotal role in Sift’s ecosystem expansion by increasing visibility, awareness, and mindshare with prospective partners. Build pipeline with and through Sift channel and alliance partners that converts to revenue and long term customer success. 

  • Strategically align with the Sift channel sales and alliances team, forging deep working relationships and establishing joint objectives.

  • Define and execute an integrated channel marketing plan that accounts for elevating Sift awareness around current and future partner ecosystems and delivers qualified opportunities to support Sift revenue goals.

  • Plan and execute diverse joint (Sift and partner) marketing activities including events, webinars, campaigns, digital programs, and activating MDF.

  • Craft and execute internal and external partner collateral and communications to sustain Sift presence among the Sift workforce and partner stakeholders.

  • Enable Sift partner pipeline development by building content, campaign assets, educational series and more deployed and curated within the Sift partner portal. 

  • Define and deliver against partner and alliance marketing KPIs supporting market recognition, partner engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Must-Have Skills: Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS channel marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, channel sales and related roles. Experience activating a vendor solution presence on cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

  • Strongly Preferred Skills: Prior hands-on channel and technical partner marketing experience with an array of partner GTM motions including resellers, referral partners, global systems integrators, and cloud marketplaces.

  • Operations: Experience with building and deploying content and community enablement through partner portal technologies such as Impartner.

  • Marketing Fluency: Strong understanding of partner marketing lifecycle. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies, content, and programs.

  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to engage partners and sustain mutually beneficial  growth. 

  • Data-Driven: Fluency with Marketing and sales KPIs to measure and analyze channel marketing investment and outcomes. Proficient in leveraging data to drive marketing decisions and improve results.

Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required; MBA a plus.
