ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Associate, Media Measurement & Optimization will play an important role within Pfizer's Media Measurement department. They will be responsible for supporting measurement development and reporting across specific TAs in the portfolio. Successful performance in this role requires cross-functional collaboration skills, as the Senior Associate will closely support key business partners both internally and externally. They will support and work on the detailed process of report delivery, including defining specifications, ensuring quality assurance, and timely distribution.
The Senior Associate will also be responsible for maintaining smooth operational processes, facilitating on-time presentations, and promptly responding to data inquiries. Their meticulous attention to detail and dedication to efficient workflows will be instrumental in achieving these objectives. This position presents a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on Pfizer's digital marketing efforts. The Senior Associate will contribute to the company's transformation and help shape its digital presence as a leading healthcare organization.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support delivery of integrated media, web, and creative reporting for their line of business
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reporting meets leadership needs.
- Synthesize analyses to provide insights on the effectiveness of consumer and health care provider media.
- Field ad hoc analytic questions, supporting colleagues in use of dashboards
- Track agency activities and ensure timely delivery of reports
- Support quality assurance (QA) checks on dashboards and other analytic updates, ensuring accuracy and resolving any issues promptly.
- Support media test and learn analytics for their lines of business, collaborating with stakeholders to execute experiments and analyze results to inform future strategies.
- Understand and meet Commercial reporting needs, providing insights and recommendations to contribute to team's data-informed decision-making.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital media, web analytics, content intelligence, marketing, and measurement, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise in these areas.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Data Science) with at least 3 years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 1 year of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
- 1 year or more years' experience in media analytics in a professional environment.
- Knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a related life sciences industry and in their assigned line of business.
- Acumen for analyzing data sets and providing actionable insights for executive decision making.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable the teams to achieve successful delivery.
- Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Team player, flexible, adaptable, energized and ready to roll up their sleeves to help create this new function within Media Measurement

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 to $130,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
