With the overarching objective of increasing spend on the Magnite Platforms, the Business Intelligence team works to deliver actionable information to various stakeholders across the Publisher, DSP & Agency Sales, Account Management, and Executive Teams.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Intelligence, the Senior Analyst is responsible for developing analysis-driven processes and solutions to optimize operational workflows across various sets of stakeholders and platforms.
In this role you will:

  • Support a data-driven, fact based approach to Business Intelligence
  • Conduct revenue and yield analysis across a complex set of business accounts
  • Create and maintain pricing models for existing and new business approaches
  • Build a deep knowledge of internal product solutions to bridge operations execution with pricing models, including working with Operations & Product owners to evaluate implementation options and build cases to support new product features where necessary
  • Leverage technical and programming experience to extract and display actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders through custom-built dashboards
  • Expand and maintain current standardized dashboards and workflows
  • Interpret data to recognize patterns and analyze trends, drawing business inferences and clearly articulating findings to the target audience
  • Identify opportunities and help develop solutions to business problems
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key business partners


We're looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor's Degree in Math, Economics, Business, Operations Research, or a related scientific field
  • 4+ years of work experience in a consulting, business intelligence, or revenue management function
  • Expertise in pricing data modeling and creative problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with some form of analytical programming (e.g. SQL, Python) as well as an ability and eagerness to independently learn new languages and techniques
  • Prior experience implementing reporting and data visualization solutions and fluency in Tableau
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, product-focused, scalable analysis on tight timelines
  • Understanding of ad tech and programmatic platforms (SSP or DSP business platform/ Ad Serving) as well as financial implications to the bottom line is a plus
