Your new team
Frontify's Global Partnerships team is a community of highly motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds ranging across Sales, Agencies, Marketing, and Customer Success. Together, they elevate the company and grow as people. Outside of work, they're creatives, nature lovers, socializers, and so much more.
Your Mission
In this role, you will take a proactive approach to identifying and acquiring agency partners within the creative digital agency space, driving measurable sales opportunities through your strategic and empathetic engagement. You will spearhead training, coordination, and enablement initiatives to empower Frontify's partners in the US. By delivering a seamless and impactful onboarding experience, you’ll highlight the mutual revenue growth opportunities that Frontify provides. Your efforts will position agency partners as platform experts, maximizing their success with Frontify’s offerings while directly contributing to business growth and expanded market presence in the East Coast US.
Your Story
- You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our New York office 2-3 times a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
- With 7+ years of consultative selling expertise, you excel at building relationships that drive long-term client value and revenue growth.
- Experience working with creative agencies is essential, understanding of DAM products would be beneficial.
- You're skilled at presenting and demoing tech products, confidently enabling partners to sell effectively and increase their revenue potential.
- Your intrinsic motivation and follow-through on closing deals directly contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business value for both partners and the company.
- You prioritize monitoring and expanding your referral pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunity generation, profitability growth, and high customer lifetime value.
- You’re adept at leveraging technology and automation to streamline workflows, optimize partner outcomes, and boost revenue impact.
- Known for being driven, detail-oriented, empathetic, and articulate, you embody the qualities that foster trust and long-term business relationships.
- You feel motivated working with KPIs and providing revenue generation for Frontify.
- Your fluency in English enables seamless communication, ensuring clarity in high-stakes negotiations and global business discussions.
