SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect, Senior Manager (must have S/4 Hana and Pharma and Life Sciences experience)

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success in consulting, designing, implementing and leading SAP Supply Chain implementations at Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Biopharma manufacturers, including the following areas:

• Leading SAP Supply Chain implementations from planning through go-live;

• Designing and implementing SAP Supply Chain solutions including MM, PP, LE, QM, WM,and eWM;

• Understanding of Life Sciences regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP) and experience implementing SAP solutions with computer system validation;

• Identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services;

• Managing engagements including preparing concise yet thorough documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues;

• Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;

• Driving work to meet business requirements; and,

• Monitoring project issues and escalations.

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
