The Opportunity 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team. As a key member of the sales support function, you will play a vital role in streamlining operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.  

Broadly speaking, the role will support the Sales Operations team in its various functions.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team by managing and organizing sales-related documents, contracts, and reports. 
  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards for data insights, manage reporting subscriptions, export data where required. 
  • Perform routine administrative tasks in the CRM system (Salesforce), including user account maintenance, data management (imports, exports, cleansing), and customization of standard objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules. 
  • Document system configurations and administrative processes and help with training users across multiple departments. Manage training materials, regularly meet with users to gather requirements and feedback, look for areas of value Salesforce could provide. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities and support users with Salesforce questions and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their business needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure all sales data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to support decision-making and track performance metrics.

Pursuant to New York City's Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role. 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification at a minimum. 
  • Knowledge of associated Salesforce tools such as data loader preferred.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple levels of the organization.
