Be the sales operations ninja for our gritty, high-performing AMER sales team based in NY. Build a sales engine which grows the Heidi GTM strategy and delivers MQLs to the sales team.

The Role

Working closely with our GTM team, you’ll be  a Sales Operations Specialist who will play a crucial role in empowering our sales teams to work more efficiently by streamlining processes, analyzing data, and implementing tools that drive efficiency and productivity.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards within the CRM.

  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party apps, including data enrichment, product analytics, billing, and support ticket tools.

  • Act as the frontline resource for internal end users, fielding questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to CRM and sales operations systems.

  • Restructure and standardize data mappings and field relationships across custom workflows and objects.

  • Implement and manage a structured ticketing process to track CRM-related issues, feature requests, and system updates.

  • Maintain and optimize lead flows and sales funnels across product, marketing, and integration partners to measure conversion rates throughout the user journey.

  • Provide accurate, real-time sales performance insights at individual, regional, and vertical levels using advanced reporting and dashboards.

  • Evaluate, implement, and troubleshoot sales and support tools to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Develop and enforce sales and CS operations policies and procedures, ensuring seamless process changes and alignment with company goals.

What we will look for:

  • HubSpot: Proficient in HubSpot CRM, including managing contacts, deals, and workflows.

  • Data Enrichment Tools: Experience with Clay and other data enrichment tools to enhance lead and customer data.

  • Data Visualization: Skilled in using data visualization platforms like PostHog to analyze and interpret sales data, identify trends, and create reports.

  • Workflow Automation: Experience with workflow automation tools such as Slack and Zapier to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.

  • Sales Operations Expertise: Proven experience in sales and revenue operations, ideally within a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.

  • We’re in-person only, based out of our new NY or London office.

  • Experience in healthcare / specific vertical is great, but not required

  • Degrees not required / needed.
