We are hiring a Sales Enablement Manager in our New York City office.

About the Role:

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for scaling Applecart’s Business Development (BD) team by developing high-impact enablement programs, managing onboarding and training initiatives, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer. You will own the sales team onboarding and training programs to enhance pipeline creation and client engagement, equipping the team with the skills, resources, and insights to succeed in high-stakes client interactions.

This role will report to the Director of Revenue Enablement and work closely with Business Development leadership and institutional knowledge experts to build and maintain a scalable sales enablement infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and deliver tailored onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time for new sales team members
  • Create high-impact training and enablement initiatives to increase pipeline creation, client engagement, and prospecting efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align enablement strategies with business goals and evolving client needs.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content Manager to ensure enablement materials clearly communicate Applecart’s unique value proposition
  • Establish performance tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, leveraging data to continuously optimize training
  • Support change management initiatives as Applecart scales the BD organization
  • Facilitate ongoing training to improve sales skills in outreach, messaging, and value articulation
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Sales to integrate feedback and maintain relevance in all training materials.

Experiences and Capabilities You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or a similar role with a strong training component.
  • Experience in creating scalable onboarding and training programs for sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and prospecting strategies.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as Seismic, Gong, and HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where enablement is being built from the ground up.

This is a hybrid role. Work from home on Monday and Friday and in Applecart’s New York City office Tuesday through Thursday. 

Compensation:

Our compensation package consists of three components: (i) a base salary, (ii) annual cash bonus, and (iii) generous equity compensation.

The base salary range for this role is between $125,000-145,000, based on the candidate's experience and skills relative to the requirements listed above. The salary range provided is exclusive of discretionary annual cash bonus and equity compensation. The salary range provided for this role is specific to candidates located in the New York City area.
