About You

As a SaaS platform, our business model depends on building and sustaining long-term relationships. Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at Anagram act as frontline faces and voices of the company and are entrusted to represent our values to prospects and customers. Successful SDRs here enthusiastically engage with Optometrists, Opticians, Office Managers, and Practice Owners to qualify them for sales engagement.

You'll be expected to work your way through lists of leads using tools like Hubspot, Zoom, Slack, G-suite and more. We'll provide all the tools and the training necessary to speak confidently about our business and the value we bring to our customers.

We’ve set our sights on massive growth, and expect everyone who joins our team to be in a position to grow with us.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hustle, motivation, drive, and positive energy
  • Confidence and hunger to pick up the phone and make 50+ dials a day to generate sales interest
  • Impeccable communication skills, with determination and focus to drive lead generation
  • Highly organized, hard-working individual, with a voracious appetite for learning and improvement
  • Strong attention to detail as you help enrich and qualify prospects to accelerate our sales process
  • Incredibly curious and excited at the idea of solving complicated problems that both patients and providers face in our current health insurance system
  • The desire to work with and learn from Account Executives as we close new business
  • Familiarity with and the capacity to learn a modern sales tech stack: CRMs (we use Hubspot, but experience with others is fine), Zoom, Slack, G-suite, etc.
  • Willing to continually hustle despite the daily grind of outbound dialing

What You'll Do:

  • Engage leads via phone, email, and follow-through as you qualify and book demos for Account Executives
  • Make 50+ dials a day
  • Objection handle apathetic gatekeepers and stay focused on discovery questions to truly understand the client's needs and potential fit across our various products
  • Become a student of the industry; study the pain points that modern-day eye care professionals face when dealing with insurance billing
  • Identify what you need to meet your goals, ask questions, and partner with your team
  • Begin meeting or exceeding expectations within 60 days of onboarding
  • Iterate, improve, and get promoted to Account Executive within 1 year if goals are met
  • Interact with Account Executives, marketing, and leadership to learn the industry and our products
  • Own your metrics from top to bottom, maintain CRM hygiene, sales notes, and call recordings
  • Speak confidently about Anagram's solutions and offerings
  • Build relationships with prospects, colleagues, and teammates
  • Maintain a positive attitude and bring energy to the team
