The Opportunity
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of our Risk Solutions Product built to service our Private Equity and Corporate clients. Strong leadership skills, a desire to drive innovation in the market and a deep understanding of the client community is required. The Product Manager must drive cross-functional success in development, support, sales, and marketing to deliver the product vision and meet organizational goals. We are looking for a confident leader that can analyze the market, manage the full product lifecycle, and effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the business line leaders to define the product strategy and identify key partnerships that will drive product success
  • Analyze customer needs, current market trends and the competitive landscape to develop a functional roadmap that best delivers customer value and a ROI for the organization
  • Ensure development teams understand functional requirements and acceptance criteria, and have comprehensive user stories that support efficient feature development
  • Communicate to stakeholders and internal teams the product’s story, ensuring a broad understanding of the value proposition and competitive advantage
  • Work closely with sales on the go-to-market strategy; developing comprehensive pricing and effective marketing campaigns
  • Participate in client meetings and industry events, acting as the product SME and gaining critical insights into clients’ business trajectories and changes in the industry


Qualifications                 

  • 10+ years of experience in product management
  • Excellent communications skills – written, verbal, and presentation
  • Strong background in product development lifecycle management
  • Highly developed direct and indirect leadership skills
  • Data driven mindset with a strong focus on reporting skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate
  • Understanding of Private Equity fund management and portfolio company activities
  • Knowledge of IRD, FX, and commodities hedging strategies are a plus
  • Prior work experience with derivatives pricing and booking systems and/or treasury management systems are a plus

The expected salary for this position is $175,000 to $200,000. When determining your pay, we will take into account your skills, experience, and location.
