iCapital is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned RIA Marketing Manager. This individual will spearhead our marketing initiatives with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). As a pivotal member of our Channel Marketing and Integrated Marketing team, this role will play a crucial role in amplifying iCapital’s footprint in the enterprise wealth channel and generate interest in our products for RIAs. Collaborating closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) on the RIA channel, this individual’s expertise will be instrumental in driving the expansion of our client base and enhancing our market presence across all products and services.  

  • Gain deep insights into the workflows, needs, pain points, preferences, and behaviors of key roles within RIAs.
  • Stay current with trends impacting the target audience, sharing your learnings with the broader Marketing organization.
  • Strategize and execute comprehensive marketing plans targeting the audience and ensuring alignment with iCapital’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop USPs that position iCapital as the leading operating system for the global alternative investment marketplace.
  • Curate compelling content tailored to our audience to be delivered through a targeted marketing mix including webinars, blogs, podcasts, social media, emails, and live events.
  • Manage the marketing budget judiciously, aiming for optimal resource allocation, and maximum return on investment.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, reporting on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by testing new approaches, gathering feedback, and adhering to industry best practices.
  • Engage in proactive collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including brand, digital marketing, sales, customer success, product development, and external partners.

  • 10-15+ years of marketing experience preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for engaging diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical abilities, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target demographics
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with various internal departments and external stakeholders.

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $200,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
