About the Role

iCapital is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and experienced Enterprise Coverage and Client Management professional to join the Relationship Management team, focusing on developing iCapital’s enterprise presence with our largest ​***RIA clients.*** This role plays a key part in managing relationships with these clients as well as driving new business initiatives and delivering innovative products and solutions. This individual will contribute significantly to managing senior relationship touchpoints and lead the development of our GTM strategy across business lines.

This role will conduct market analysis to develop strategies, craft compelling pitch decks and presentations, engage with clients through various channels, negotiate client contracts, and lead implementation efforts to ensure seamless onboarding and integration. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly across iCapital’s organization and to our success within the wealth management industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive new enterprise opportunities with our existing client base while closely aligning and partnering with specialists across our organization.
  • Promote a consultative approach to identify and drive new business initiatives across all, or parts, of iCapital’s value proposition.
  • Educate clients on the depth of iCapital’s technology capabilities.
  • Create and deliver executive presentations and report on key initiatives and business activity.
  • Communicate feedback from clients and prospects to the organization to improve delivery of solutions and improve the overall client experience.
  • Lead platform and system demonstrations for new prospects, lead responses to RFPs, and work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams on client launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other relationship managers and senior executives across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy and business development, CRM technology, and marketing.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in a relationship management related role
  • 12+ years of experience working within financial services or financial technology industry
  • Robust knowledge and experience of Alternative Investments
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a complex and varied product set and/or a technology product offering to Enterprise clients
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships with key decision makers
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated ability in organizing client coverage across product lines and client channels, achieving depth of penetration and consolidated support models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and able to work independently
  • Demonstrated client service skills with key stakeholders and clients
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $230,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
