As a Revenue Operations Manager/Lead/Specialist you will be responsible for leading and executing day-to-day revenue operations in AMER. This will include business reporting, CRM hygiene and processes, weekly/biweekly leadership meetings, setting/forecasting quotas and OKRs. You will also contribute to scaled strategic revenue initiatives for the company such as defining and implementing prioritization methodologies for the business, rolling out new compensation approaches, building new teams and roles & responsibilities, creating new playbooks & processes. 


To drive success in this role, you will have a track record of success in implementing and improving revenue processes for Global sales orgs ideally utilizing Hubspot and Salesforce. Regular collaboration with cross functional leaders will be key in ensuring goals are achieved.

What will your day look like? You will...

  • Support the AMER VPs of Sales and Partner Services in running the day-to-day revenue operations
  • Partner with leadership across Partnerships, Partner Services, Insurance & Marketing on process improvement, measurement, tracking & analytics, relevant to their functional areas 
  • Maintain regular check-ins with department leads to determine & identify any problems or areas for improvement
  • Enhance productivity by enabling cross-functional teams to work smarter by simplifying processes 
  • Track & analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, deal probabilities, margin percentages, win/loss rates, & tracking against KPIs/targets to provide insights and recommendations for the business 
  • Create monthly content for recurring meetings, executive presentations & board reporting.

What you will bring;

  • 5+ Years experience working with Sales Teams 
  • 5+ Years experience working with Hubspot and/or Salesforce
  • Experience in Revenue Operations as a subject matter expert with proficiency in creating reports, optimising processes & managing dashboards 
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, & distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace & Excel 
  • Knowledge of Google Apps Scripts & Looker Studio 
  • Knowledge of SQL & Python 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable

Salary Range  


The base salary range for this role is between $95,000 and $125,000. The total compensation package also includes equity, and the opportunity for additional earnings through our annual bonus or variable commission plans.
