Vim

RevOps Manager

Vim is a technology company building digital infrastructure for US healthcare. Our mission is to power affordable, high-quality healthcare through seamless connectivity. We're looking for a builder who can design, deploy, and scale AI agents that change how the company operates.

WHY VIM?

We put mission and culture at the front and center of everything we do. We're a tribe of like-minded optimists who pride ourselves on experimentation, intellectual diligence, and earnest hard work. We are all owner-operators at Vim: transparent, accountable, and relentlessly focused on results for our customers and our business.

THE ROLE

Our revenue operations function is evolving from managing the CRM into revenue infrastructure: data flows between partner systems and HubSpot, custom HubSpot UI extensions, revenue reporting at the clinic and partner level, outbound campaign automation, and sales playbook enablement.

You'll own how revenue operations runs at Vim, end to end: the CRM, the service desk, the deal desk, the marketing ops stack, the outbound automation, the reports the CEO and board look at. You'll also build what's next, sitting one desk away from the AI Ops team that ships AI SDRs, AI infrastructure, and agent tooling. The tools are sharp, the autonomy is real, and the bar is to ship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, automate, and continuously improve the processes that run sales, marketing, and customer success, with AI as a core part of your engineering workflow.
  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: workflows, custom objects, properties, dashboards, data hygiene, and ticket queue. Run the RevOps service desk; triage requests and push back when asks aren't clear.
  • Build automations and integrations across HubSpot, BigQuery, Notion, Meta Ads, Clay, HeyReach, Fathom, and n8n. Ship reports and dashboards that inform CEO and board decisions, using native tools where possible and SQL, APIs, or custom UI where needed.
  • Participate in deal desk and pipeline reviews. Bring revenue discipline and call out deals not progressing as forecast.
  • Run marketing and outbound operations: paid ads (Meta/Google), email deliverability and inbox warmup, HubSpot landing pages, Clay enrichment, and HeyReach LinkedIn campaigns. Onboard new sales hires and help the team get better at their work.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU?

Apply if you...

Have 4-6 years of RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Ops experience with end-to-end ownership of a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).

In the last 1-2 years, you've actively used AI and automation to upgrade how you work, with concrete examples you can walk through.

Have shipped production automations (n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato), write your own SQL, and have worked hands-on with modern outbound tools.

Have participated in deal desk or pipeline reviews and contributed to deal-quality decisions.

Have onboarded sales reps and supported playbook adoption.

Go from 'here's the problem' to a working solution in days.

Don't apply if you...

Need a detailed spec before you start building.

Prefer executing tickets to identifying and proposing improvements.

Want a team underneath you — this is an IC builder role.

Your AI experience is reading about it or using it only for personal productivity.

Compensation & Details

  • Salary: The target range salary for this role is $130,000-160,000 USD  per year, depending on experience and skills. (Compensation is influenced by experience, skill set, and demonstrated performance.)
