As Revenue Operations Manager, you'll scale our marketing funnel and sales pipeline by optimizing processes across sales, marketing, and account management. You'll own our CRM ecosystem—including Salesforce and ZoomInfo—and partner with leadership to sharpen our GTM strategy and drive data-driven decision-making. 

Role Responsibilities

Provide strategic support to marketing, sales, and account management: Serve as a strategic partner to the marketing, sales, and account management teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.

Sales Ops

  • Pipeline Health & Visibility: Own the accuracy and health of the Salesforce pipeline, ensuring data is continually up-to-date, rep input is managed, and all business units are integrated for complete visibility.
  • Reporting & Lead Management: Manage lead processes, ensure proper access permissions for all users, and drive all requested reporting updates for leadership.

Account Ops

  • Account Activity Monitoring: Maintain a live dashboard of current account activity and ensure upsell and expansion reporting is always accurate, helping the team track opportunities.

Marketing Ops

  • Integrated Engagement Tracking: Holistically integrate all account engagement data (LinkedIn, email, website) to track activity, build a  dashboard in Salesforce that communicates insights, and surface recommendations that guide marketing and sales targeting strategies.

Database Management

  • Data Quality & Strategic Growth: Ensure the database is continuously growing with relevant companies and contacts, maintain ongoing data cleanliness, and own the intelligent segmentation of lists based on past engagement.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Monday.com and marketing automation platforms, including report building, dashboard creation, and system optimization.
  • Experience organizing unstructured data and distilling insights. 
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of market opportunities and audience groups to inform sales and marketing activity
  • Experience supporting a sales-led growth motion and building lead generation programs.
  • Experience working in a B2B creative or SaaS organization is a plus.
  • Experience reporting into and sharing strategic recommendations with senior leadership.

Ideal Person

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Revenue Operations
  • Salesforce admin certification or equivalent expertise
  • 2+ years experience with marketing automation tools (eg. Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Customer.io)
  • This person should be highly analytical and a natural problem solver who enjoys identifying and tackling complex business problems.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and account management to design and implement new operational best practices.
  • Solid understanding of the tech landscape and current tools.(i.e how do you use Claude/ChatGPT, have you played around with Clay or n8n) 
  • Self motivated and able to work autonomously in a startup-like environment.

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.

This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
