About Warp

Warp is the AI-native employee management platform that runs itself. Payroll, multi-state compliance, benefits, and IT vanish so teams never have to think about them. Trusted by 1,000+ companies.

We believe the next great companies won't add features. They'll remove work. Our AI agents navigate thousands of government portals, open state tax accounts, resolve compliance notices, and file forms upstream, before any of it ever surfaces. Companies scale from 5 to 500+ employees without adding HR headcount.

Most platforms track operations. We handle them entirely. Warp uses obsessive engineering and a philosophy of subtraction to solve complexity that others won't touch. The goal is simple: it works in the background while you build your company.

As one founder put it: "Using Warp feels like the first time I used Linear or Superhuman. The realization that payroll can just work."

Backed by $25M from Sound Ventures, Y Combinator, and the founders of Dropbox, Replit, OpenAI and Cruise. Team of ~34 from Stripe, Brex, Ramp, Google, Apple, Palantir, and MIT.

About the Role

We're looking for our first Revenue Operations Specialist to own the entire billing and deal execution function. You'll report directly to the CEO and be responsible for everything from Stripe configuration to contract workflows to discount approvals. This is a high-impact IC role where you'll build the RevOps function from scratch as we scale to Series B and beyond.

What You'll Own
  • Billing operations: Stripe configuration, subscription management, invoicing, handling edge cases (annual vs monthly billing, coupons, prorations, credits)

  • Deal desk: Contract generation, approval workflows, discount guardrails, pricing execution. Support deal and account updates by ensuring key operational details are captured accurately as opportunities move through the sales process.

  • Commissions and incentive administration: Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of questions.

  • Tooling: Own and optimize our contract platform (currently PandaDoc), Stripe, and CRM integration

  • Process building: Maintain and optimize recurring revenue operations workflows that support planning, forecasting, and customer adoption across the GTM organization

  • Revenue data integrity: Ensure clean handoffs to accounting, accurate reporting, and audit-ready records. Partner with Finance to review revenue changes and ensure updates are reflected accurately across reporting and forecasts.

Partner cross-functionally on operations: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support day-to-day sales processes, pricing updates, and customer lifecycle workflows, and help identify opportunities to improve how they operate at scale

What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years in Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or Deal Desk at a B2B SaaS company

  • Deep Stripe Billing experience - you've dealt with the edge cases and know how to structure subscriptions, coupons, and invoicing correctly

  • Experience with contract platforms (PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Familiarity with GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Chili Piper, Sales Navigator)

  • Track record of building processes from scratch in a fast-growth environment

  • Strong attention to detail - billing errors are painful for customers and for us

  • Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions with limited oversight

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. Can juggle multiple workstreams, keep projects moving, and translate messy data into clear insights

Bonus Points
  • Experience at a company that scaled from 7 to 8/9 figures ARR

  • Familiarity with revenue recognition (ASC 606) basics

  • Have evaluated or implemented billing middleware (Orb, Metronome, etc.)

  • Experience with business intelligence tools and SQL

  • Experience building and maintaining pipeline/forecast reporting for GTM leaders

  • Have automated recurring revenue workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency

Compensation
  • Base salary: $84,100 - $137,000 plus equity, based on qualifications of candidate.
