Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2025 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?

About the role

As a Revenue Operations Lead at Flex, you will play a crucial role in enabling the Revenue Organization to operate more effectively by driving insights from internal sales data in conjunction with external market data. A core focus of this role involves collaborating closely with the Sales, Partner Success, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize operational efficiency by leveraging data-driven analysis. The reports, dashboards, and forecasting models developed in this role will directly support leadership decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate has experience with rigorous analytical problem solving in a business context, comfort working in fast-paced environments, and a strong attention to detail. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze revenue performance data across Sales, Partner Success, and Onboarding to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models that provide insights across the entire revenue organization to support leadership decision-making.
  • Optimize CRM processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Enhance workflow automation and streamline operational processes across all Revenue teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in quota setting, territory planning, and incentive compensation analysis.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to provide strategic recommendations that support revenue growth across all channels.

Key qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, data analysis and reporting (Excel or BI tools like Tableau or Sigma).
  • Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools is preferred but not required.

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. For working locations in NY/NJ/CA, the base salary pay range will be $100,000-115,000.
