As an experienced Revenue and Marketing Operations Manager, you will be the go-to Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations expert for the Americas region.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through process optimization, cross-functional alignment, data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and in supporting and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. You will immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations, including structures and processes around revenue operations for all commercial offerings at DRUID, maintenance and optimization of marketing automation platforms, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination.

What you’ll do at DRUID:

  • Development and execution, with senior leadership, of revenue growth strategies (including pricing optimization, market expansion, and customer segmentation), accurate revenue forecasts, and strategic plans to achieve revenue targets;
  • Sales Process design and continuous monitoring (integrated in Druid’s CRM system), review and validation for month-end close activities, and support to sales leadership for pipeline management;
  • Operational and strategic support for the US GTM team - defining KPIs, developing operating cadence, etc., to track and measure revenue performance, providing insights for continuous improvement;
  • Identification of inefficiencies in revenue-generating processes and implementation of improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Sales data, customer insights, and market trends analysis to provide actionable recommendations for revenue enhancement strategies;
  • Preparation of comprehensive reports for senior leadership;
  • Fostering collaboration and alignment between sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure coordinated efforts toward revenue goals;
  • Identification of opportunities to improve customer experience throughout the revenue cycle, from lead generation to post-sale support, to drive repeat business and customer loyalty;
  • Quota management and commission calculations (with finance);
  • Account segmentation & territory management;
  • Automation of reporting to facilitate democratization of data;
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools to automate workflows, track engagement, and drive results;
  • Coordination of various marketing projects from inception to completion, including campaign launches, website updates, content creation, and event promotions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

 

What you’ll bring to DRUID:

  • 5+ years of working in a revenue, sales and/or marketing operations position;
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in the Enterprise SaaS industry, within a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
  • Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes (sales cycle, sales processes, forecasting and pipeline management, renewals, reporting and analysis, and territory management);
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting;
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to deeply interrogate and manipulate data, understand the implications of the results, and recommend solutions;
  • Excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively articulating ideas, presenting strategies, and engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • Experience engaging with and coordinating a diverse, geographically dispersed team;
  • Capable to think strategically, but also enjoy the process of doing the work;
  • Resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges and setbacks;
  • Capable to anticipate risks and issues that will arise, and mitigate them;
  • Comfortable rolling up the sleeves and delivering on a short timeline with limited resources.
