The Role: Remote Member Services/Contact Center Supervisor

At Rue Gilt Groupe our Contact Center Supervisors are supporting our Member focused Associates and ensuring amazing member experiences in a fast-paced, employee focused environment. Our fully remote Supervisors are passionate about providing impactful coaching that drives better member and employee experiences. Here our Supervisors are driven to support members when needed through finding creative solutions. Our center is open 7 days a week 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST to help our Members.The shift will be 12:30pm-9pm Eastern time with rotating weekends.

 What to Expect 

Your primary focus in this role will be supporting a virtual team of Associates who are interacting with current or prospective Members in voice, email and messaging interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for team questions and escalated concerns. You will provide one on one coaching based on interaction reviews and kpi data, lead team huddles and meetings and review live and past interactions to guide your team to provide an above and beyond experience that is tailored to each Member. You will be responsible for all administrative duties that are associated with the team, including validating timecards and processing any needed documentation or performance management. You will be involved in speaking with Members who need additional support beyond what the front line is able to provide.

Expected Base Salary Range: $58,000 - $60,000

Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.

About You

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
    • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
    • Experience with one on one Coaching to improve experience and drive results
    • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
    • You live in one of the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New Hampshire or Missouri
