The Role

\u003cp\u003eMaven is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys working with people, has a sharp eye for detail, and is passionate about ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. This position will partner with our recruiters and sourcers at every stage of the interview process. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, sweats the details, and can juggle shifting priorities with tight timelines. This is a highly collaborative role working with varying levels and departments at Maven.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAs a Recruiting Coordinator at Maven, you will:\u0026nbsp;\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePartner with various teams to coordinate the hiring process for candidates\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCoordinate and schedule at all stages of the interview process - phone screens, virtual interviews, onsite interviews and debriefs\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePartner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate an organized and thorough interview process\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBuild cross-functional relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders who are a part of the hiring process\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTriage ad-hoc issues, such as scheduling conflicts, interviewer delays/no shows, and technical glitches\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePartner across the recruiting team with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators on various recruiting initiatives and projects\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWe're looking for you to bring:\u0026nbsp;\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e1+ year of previous experience in recruiting coordination or scheduling/calendar management, preferably at a growing startup\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFlexibility, adaptability and bias for action -\u0026nbsp; we move quickly!\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eStrong attention to detail to ensure everything runs smoothly while also identifying where there are opportunities to improve\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eHighly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with tight deadlines\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eExcellent problem solving skills combined with a sense of urgency\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePassion for candidate experience\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eStrong written and verbal communication skills\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePrevious experience with an ATS and Google Calendars a plus\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.\u003c/p\u003e
