Interactive Brokers is hiring a receptionist/office support for our New York City, NY office. This role will be responsible for greeting visitors and general administrative/reporting tasks. This role will work closely with local Facilities, HR, and IT teams.

Other administrative tasks include helping maintain office spaces and kitchen areas with general cleaning during the day, receiving and distributing lunches, distributing mail/packages, and ensuring all office areas and kitchens have appropriate supplies. This role will also occasionally assist the Facilities Manager or other Management staff with various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet office visitors and employees
  • Prepare and maintain office space for daily operation
  • Manage lunch program for staff and visitors
  • Help keep kitchen areas stocked and clean throughout the day
  • Provide overflow administrative assistance as needed to management
  • Receive and distribute mail
  • Manage local visitor management procedure
  • Maintain the desk reservation software

Job Requirements:

  • College Graduate
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-oriented position
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and quality focus
  • Flexible personality

This role's anticipated base salary range is  $65,000 to $70,000 annually based on skill's and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers both a discretionary cash bonus and stock award as well as a wide range of benefits, including health care, tuition reimbursement and much more.
