Entera Realty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced volume-based , licensed in one or more of the locations listed below, to join our tech-enabled brokerage operations department. You will be an integral member of an industry-leading brokerage service team that supports the largest investors in the single-family residential space. As a volume agent at Entera Realty, you’ll be able to unlock your real estate career to new heights through developing knowledge and expertise in markets, investment strategies, customer service, real estate negotiation, and modern technology in a high-velocity environment. - Leverage your expertise in the art of real estate negotiation - chase every offer, don’t leave money on the table, and deliver the highest closing rates
- Demonstrate great attention to detail throughout the transaction process and work towards maintaining the shortest closing process in a high-velocity environment.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of local real estate market conditions, trends, and various strategies for single-family residential investing.
- Actively manage communications with internal teams, listing agents, buying agents, and Entera’s clients.
- Suggest improvements for operational processes and technical systems as needed.
- Manage internal administrative tasks, including information gathering, tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrate impeccable composure and integrity at all times
