Job Summary
The role is part of the Quality Management Office, with a focus on internal process management, improving efficiency, streamlining workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires effective collaboration between stakeholders, problem solving skills, and strong project management skills to ensure improvement initiatives stay on track.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collect and analyze data to measure process effectiveness and track improvements.
- Lead or support process improvement projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain documentation of improved processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide training and guidance to teams on changes to internal processes and metrics.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process analysis tools and methodologies.
What We Need
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
- 5 years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or project management.
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies (certification preferred).
- Experience with process improvement tools such as Visio, Power BI, or statistical software is a plus.
