About the Role
SBT is looking for a Project Manager to help drive our company’s growth into the future. This critical role is responsible for overseeing customer onboarding projects as we bring them to a live state on our FinText 2.0. It will include end-to-end ownership of individual customer implementations within a fast-paced, complex cross-functional SaaS environment, ensuring all stakeholders (internal, customer, and 3rd parties) are fully aligned toward a successful transition.
Key Responsibilities
Job Specific Duties
- Oversee and coordinate customer implementation projects from the initial intake to deployment to a live state
- Coordinate internal stakeholders from business and technology units, while ensuring customers are progressing, with accountability, towards target live dates
- Create a unified customer value experience, per use case, with all phases of compliance, technical, and template themes
- Deliver thoroughly planned project outcomes with highest level of quality assurance
- Communicate effectively, internally and externally, with all stakeholders to keep all parties aligned through duration of project
- Execute onboarding plans within potentially complex technical scenarios while adhering to overall program objectives
- Take full ownership and accountability for the overall success of projects
- Maintain an ongoing record of project time allocation and level of effort
- Evaluate documentation deliverables for completeness and accuracy
- Gain a proficient understanding of SBT products and structural workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of applicable SaaS project management experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects, simultaneously
- Ability to work with high levels of urgency within a high-paced, high growth, environment
- Confidence to hold cross-functional teams and customers accountable
- Self-driven with the ability to work with little supervision
- Capability to pivot unexpectedly and reprioritize workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of change management processes
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- PMP certification is a plus
