The Project Manager of CRM will play a pivotal role on the CRM team, which focuses on increasing the retention and engagement of our customers via email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You will collaborate within the CRM team (Analytics, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering) and cross-functionally with stakeholders (Business leads, Product, Care, Logistics) to organize and streamline processes and work streams and ensure timely and error free delivery of marketing campaigns and strategies. These strategies will drive value across the entire consumer lifecycle, from increasing early customer engagement, engaging and retaining active customers, and re-engaging lapsed customers.
To support the above, in this position you will focus on planning CRM and in-app campaigns, maintaining and updating the campaign calendar, creating and socializing processes, frameworks, and timelines to streamline work, and partner within and across the team to ensure flawless and timely execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of interpersonal skills and communication acumen, an ability to manage multiple projects while retaining attention to detail, resourcefulness and problem solving lean to connect various details and stakeholders together, and a strong strategic and organizational sense to ensure that the team is focused on the campaigns that will drive the biggest impact for our business. This role will report to the Senior Manager of CRM Marketing and work with a variety of marketing strategists, analysts, and operations specialists within the broader CRM team.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in the CRM or marketing space, with a proven track record of effectively managing an entire operation or program consisting of numerous workstreams and projects, in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in creating, maintaining, and transforming end-to-end and cross functional team processes, planning, and campaign management
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex projects while ensuring all timelines and key milestones are met
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and dependencies, escalate, and develop systematic solutions to mitigate and prevent them from happening in the future
  • Ability to influence change with a cross-functional group when improvements are needed to processes
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working cross functionally with Brand, Creative, Business, Analytics, Strategy, Data Engineering, and Project teams
  • Experience in project management platforms like Asana and in calendar/timeline management
  • Proficient in Google Workspace products (docs, slides, sheets)

  • Working knowledge of CRM marketing channels and familiarity with end-to-end CRM strategic campaign planning and management
  • Experience with ESPs and/or Marketing Engagement Platforms (i.e. Braze, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience developing creative briefs and managing creative reviews


The Impact You Will Make

  • Own and maintain the CRM campaign calendar with a deep understanding of the necessary stages of the campaign lifecycle (briefing, strategy, reviews, and execution)
  • Expand project management platform capabilities to increase team efficiency and output
  • Project manage the execution of large scale marketing campaigns to ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time
  • Conduct and own weekly intake meetings to help the team prioritize and schedule new project requests
  • Facilitate and maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle keeping everyone informed and up to speed
  • Continuously improve how decisions are made to prioritize the most impactful campaigns and maximize the output of the team
  • Process and manage invoicing for all third party vendors


New York Salary Range: $91,000-136,000
The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.
