Position Summary

The Campaign Activation Coordinator is responsible for managing meeting schedules, calendars, and tasks in association with internal & external agency project management. The coordinator will support campaign activation and special project scheduling for the Marketing Leaders (MLC): Chief Brand Officer, Chief Creative Officer and Head of Integrated Mktg. Comms. and lead internal projects end-to-end.

 

Responsibilities:

 - Partner with internal mktg operations Senior PM leader to keep all meeting reviews and approvals needed to keep projects moving with on-time approvals.

- Liase with all external agency PMs and internal stakeholders to schedule meetings, manage total calendars, and send updated feedback/send internal assets.

- Manage and update agency activation calendar for MLC and communicate weekly updates to the wider e.l.f. marketing team.

- Partner with Experience Marketing, MLC and external agencies on all seasonal brand drops, Leadership team events and company-wide off site events.

- Work closely with e.l.f. Project Management, MLC and Agency PMs to ensure successful and timely execution of all projects.

- Help coordinate travel, purchase orders for MLC leaders and/or other duties requested

- Attend agency events/ shoots as needed for general product support and coordination needs.

 

 

Requirements:

 - Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills

- Coordination/ calendar-management experience in fast-paced environment

- Passion for meeting and solving challenges, solution based thinking

- Timely ability to manage multiple projects, simultaneously, under tight deadlines.

- High agility; Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and last-minute shifts.

- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills for deadline-driven projects in fast-paced environment. You thrive by making things happen fast.

- Highly engaged in social media, beauty and culture –you have your finger on the pulse of what’s happening

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

- Ability to learn new workplace applications

- Knowledge in Adobe suite a plus
