Job Description: Strategic Account Director - Programmatic Media

What You Do
- Develop and nurture relationships with key agency programmatic planners, traders, day-to-day client leads
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting agency relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and understanding their unique business needs.
- Upsell, renew and support expansion opportunities for assigned client accounts.
- Develop program proposals (RFPs) and participate in new business sales meetings.
- Identify and translate opportunities for new and existing clients and recommend appropriate Health Union programmatic solutions that align with client needs and KPIs
- Provide strategic support and guidance on campaign results and answer client questions about performance and optimizations.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience in the programmatic advertising space, ideally with experience at a DSP or agency trading desk
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A working knowledge of health and pharmaceutical marketing is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, Ad Servers, and other programmatic platforms
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting and acting on performance data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload effectively
- Values the importance of teamwork and works effectively as part of a team
- Must be able to travel for client/agency entertainment, as well as client business needs (client meetings, quarterly business reviews, etc.), 35 % of time (in front of key clients 1x – 2x a week)
Annual base salary for positions at this level and job group is $75,000 to $105,000.00 and your base pay will depend on the qualifications, experience, skills and competencies required for this job.
