We are looking for a Programmatic Sales Lead to join our Sales team in NYC. This critical position reports directly to the Head of Programmatic Sales. You are looking to grow your sales career and we are looking for your talent, competitive nature and drive. Our sales people thrive in a fast paced, quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our overall Programmatic/Optimization business revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working with internal and external partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, educating clients, and driving revenue.

  • Become an expert on all of IAS’ Programmatic products and solutions
  • Act as Programmatic subject matter expert and lead on all Optimization business opportunities
  • Actively pitch, educate, and present to trading teams to grow strategic relationships at trading desks and in-house programmatic teams
  • Identify existing sales opportunities across our Optimization business with key partners by prospecting and managing an account base across the East and Central regions
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue expectations, ensuring a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Build and expand relationships with agency trading desks, programmatic agencies and in-house programmatic teams (from executive leadership to traders)
  • Maintain accurate pipeline on all East and Central Optimization business opportunities
  • Source new sales opportunities through proactive communication and partnership with regional Brands and Agency sales teams.
  • Gather market feedback and provide consistent updates to product to drive innovation
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest for Integral’s solutions
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and stay current on all programmatic industry trends

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in a technology solution sales company, an advertising technology business, an online media company, or similar
  • Experience working with and selling into agencies, agency trading desks, and programmatic buying teams
  • Deep  understanding of Programmatic Trader needs
  • Track record and demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales goals
  • Familiarity with the advertising technology landscape and ecosystem (DSP’s, SSP’s, DMP’s, 3rd Party Data/Verification/Optimization, Media Quality, etc.). 
  • Excellent written communications skills
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing volume - including ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
