This multifaceted role requires strong program and project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing strategic planning with operational execution and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the NYC Executive Briefing Center, ensuring seamless execution of onsite executive briefings, including logistical arrangements such as catering, transportation, and space setup.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization—including sales, marketing, product, and engineering—to develop briefing agendas and curate strategic discussions between Yext executives, subject matter experts, and customers.
  • Monitor and analyze key EBC program metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop enablement materials and drive awareness of the EBC program.
  • Promote the EBC program to sales leadership and regional teams to ensure proper customer targeting and engagement.
  • Support the program's expansion into new markets and regions, testing adoption and effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
  • Manage leadership reviews, team meetings, and post-briefing debriefs, ensuring clear communication and continuous program improvement.
  • Drive year-over-year process improvements to enhance stakeholder experiences.
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Corporate Programs, with the execution and growth of the Voice of the Customer program and Client Advisory Board.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives, including gathering feedback, analyzing data, and ensuring program success.
  • Manage Yext’s global swag program, overseeing vendor relationships, collateral development, and cost-efficient operations.
  • Continually evaluate customer and stakeholder feedback to optimize all owned programs.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a corporate environment in a customer-facing role.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience in production, event management, or corporate programs.
  • Must be located in NYC and able to be in the office when needed
  • Proven ability to interact with corporate executives and high-profile stakeholders professionally and courteously.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise sound business judgment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze diverse data sources to inform decisions, planning, and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products.
