PROGRAM MANAGER

T-REX is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will help lead large, strategic cross-functional programs and projects for both customer facing and internal initiatives. You will work closely with engineering,product, marketing, sales, client success and other groups to ensure the success of key
initiatives. In addition, you will be instrumental in building project management competencies throughout T-REX. You will have substantial C-level management exposure, including reporting on active programs.

Responsibilities:

Lead program management for large, complex customer facing initiatives. Monitor and track execution of associated projects.
Maintain client relationship and keeping the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (ie: status reporting, issues management, and risk management)
Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities. Proactively identify risks and issues, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner.
Balance program/project workloads and staffing according to the project and organizational priorities and goals.
Train, coach and evangelize across the T-REX team on the utilization of common PMO standards, methods, and processes across projects.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

7+ years Project/Program Management experience
Previous program/project management, consulting or technology experience preferred with the ability to create and manage large and complex client facing projects
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively problem solve
Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the senior management level
Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests
Previous project management experience in SaaS, B2B product offering
