As a Program Manager on our People Team, you will lead the development and management of our onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all new employees. You will be responsible for designing and refining our onboarding programs, collaborating with leaders to create tailored onboarding plans, and leading orientation sessions working in partnership with our Talent Acquisition and People Operations teammates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about optimizing the onboarding process to support employee success and integration into our company culture. 


To drive success in this role, you will have a proven track record in program management, with specific experience in designing and leading onboarding/HR programs. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with experience in facilitation and building end-to-end people programs and experiences. You will lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires. Regular collaboration with functional leaders and department stakeholders will be key to ensuring smooth and enjoyable onboarding experiences that align with our company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and refine onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Lead in-person/virtual orientation sessions and create personalized onboarding plans in collaboration with department leaders.
  • Monitor onboarding metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new remote employees, providing guidance and support.
  • Create and manage onboarding materials, such as handbooks and training modules, and establish buddy programs to foster cultural integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure people programs align with business goals and employee needs.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in program/project management; onboarding and employee development initiatives a plus.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, time management, and organization.
  • Ability to facilitate onboarding/orientation sessions and other people programs.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on optimizing program success.

  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills – Confidently lead onboarding sessions and other people programs, fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for new hires.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities – Manage multiple programs and ensure timely execution while maintaining attention to detail.

*The cash compensation range for this role is between $122,000 and $169,000. Cash compensation may vary based on location. All roles are eligible to receive equity.
