About the Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Coordinator to help us organize and run a variety of internal programs, including our tech internships, software engineering rotational program, various week-long programs for high school and college students, and a number of our internal education offerings for full-time employees across different departments. 

You will work with the rest of our team to execute the day-to-day tasks involved with running our programs, improve the ways we talk about our programs,  and track feedback and historical data. Additional responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Project managing and executing high impact programs 
  • Scheduling classes, events, and meetings for internal programs 
  • Creating and following up on feedback surveys for each week’s programs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on program strategy, planning, and execution 
  • Scheduling planning meetings for upcoming programs and events
  • Soliciting full-time employees to help with our various programs
  • Communicating relevant program information to participants and program content creators
  • Keeping relevant program calendars, documentation, and infrastructure up to date

We are looking for someone who works hard, is eager to jump into a fast-paced environment, and can think big-picture while getting the tiny details right.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management or a related field 
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Able to handle competing priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Approachable and humble attitude; not afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent stakeholder and meeting management skills
  • Able to think big picture and evolve programs based on user feedback 
  • Positive, professional attitude and presence
  • No financial industry experience required
