Job Title: Production Coordinator, Creative Studio
Summary: Stuart Weitzman is seeking a Production Coordinator, Creative Studio. This person will support project management and production of global marketing campaigns at Stuart Weitzman, in addition to budgeting, scheduling and resourcing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of photo shoot production plans, partnering closely with internal and external creative teams to deliver content ranging from still-life photography to supporting seasonal fashion campaigns.
  • Ensure strategic timelines, budgets, scopes, and expectations are clearly defined and delivered on for each initiative to support the creative studio annual projects.
  • Management of creative and content budget (cost planning and tracking), working in conjunction with creative and content leads, finance, legal, procurement, agencies and more.
  • Manage pre-production process (vendor contracts and negotiations, legal department, etc.) and support post-production process (campaign and content delivery, invoicing and budget tracking).
  • Partner with Content Management team to identify deliverables and timelines required for each project and work together to manage the resources needed to effectively deliver each campaign.
  • Expert in cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal savvy to navigate the organization and drive for results.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and project management software (Screendragon) a plus.


Education and Experience Required

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Internal brand creative studio, publishing or creative agency in the fashion industry experience preferred.
