The Digital Product Manager will be the business product owner of our website and mobile experiences. They will lead a team of digital designers, project managers, web developers, and retouchers to build + optimize best-in-class digital experiences for Dagne Dover customers.
The Role:
- Be the product owner across our direct digital experience (website), reporting to VP Mktg + Chief Creative Officer
- Manage the full product lifecycle among internal and outsourced teams: from research and discovery through design, development, testing and iteration
- Manage + expand team of digital experts
- Balance priorities amongst: Large-scale build projects, new feature design, UX design, hot-fixes, bug backlog, 3rd party integrations, data share, A/B testing, payment & checkout ops etc
- Oversee project management processes to prioritize projects and execute within deadlines
- Partner with marketing, analytics, creative, cx etc teams to address needs from all stakeholders and prioritize effectively in the roadmap
- Inform all product evolutions with data from A/B or multivariate testing, deep product analytics, user testing and customer feedback
- Own the overarching product roadmap and the long term vision.
You:
- Have 4+ years with hands on experience as product owner for significantly scaled retail/ecommerce businesses
- Have various experiences driving website builds, replatforms, designs, and redesigns
- Have experience working with various ecommerce platforms, including Shopify
- Have experience working with headless frameworks and CMS tools
- Have experience building & launching large scale digital projects
- Have experience building cohesive omnichannel customer journeys between digital + in-store
- Are expertly versed in project management frameworks and methodologies
- Are a natural leader, ready to hire + coach strong product management individuals + motivate teams towards a common vision
- Have excellent data analysis skills – backs decisions & priorities with data
- Have excellent relationship building ability – will work cross functionally with almost every department in the company
- Have excellent cross functional collaborator who people enjoy working with
- Are visionary - always researching new technologies, ecommerce features + innovative approaches
- Are customer-obsessed and able to consider our big picture objectives to improve experience for Dagne Dover customers
- Must be available to meet in person as needed
