Looking to drive innovation and execute on small business credit card product strategy and development, with a focus on defining and implementing new products and features?
As a Product Strategy Lead - Vice President within our Premium SMB segment, you will be tasked with overseeing crucial aspects of product strategy and execution, from the initial concept to final delivery. Your role will involve identifying and evaluating opportunities by integrating customer insights, analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, risk assessments, technological considerations, and financial inputs.
Job responsibilities
- Oversee the discovery, design, go-to-market and successful of delivery of new products
- Ensure existing products in this segment are optimized in our agile environment
- Work closely with Risk, Finance, Analytics, Insights, Tech, Marketing, and counterparts in Product
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- +5 yrs of financial services product management, product strategy or consulting experience.
- Self-starter with ability to think strategically, problem-solve and clearly communicate complex ideas to senior level audiences
- Strong analytical skills to develop fact driven and financially sound business plans
- Proven ability to lead and influence large teams of cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and drive business results while demonstrating strong collaboration, relationship and project management skills
- BA required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Identify customer/business insights and use those insights to drive change for small business cards, with a particular focus on understanding the needs of the premium SMB segment
- Have a customer-obsessed personality, and be committed to designing experiences that always place the customer first
- Guided by personal excellence and driven by intellectual curiosity to probe beneath the surface
- Credit card industry or payments space for small business owners is a plus.
- MBA a plus.
