Job Description
As a Product Associate within the Cash and Liquidity Market's (CALM) team, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and development of our platform. Your responsibilities will include working on new product initiatives that contribute to the tactical and strategic growth of the off-balance sheet platform and product. You will also be tasked with incorporating risk and business assessments to enhance process controls, reviewing the impact of regulations on the business, and promoting change requests and investment initiatives to ensure compliance. In addition, you will support Sales and Service with product inquiries and communicate platform enhancements. You will also assist with client onboarding to our product solutions, address client questions, and handle requests for information. Other duties include reviewing daily and monthly financials, various product metrics, and supporting ad hoc research. You will also be responsible for resolving daily issues, data requests, and reporting requirements, as well as providing concise, timely written and oral status updates to all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Product Associate for the Cash and Liquidity Market's (CALM) team, you will be an integral member of the team and be actively involved in the development and growth of the platform's footprint through opportunity assessment and management of solutions by:
- Working on new product initiatives that contribute to the tactical and strategic expansion of the off-balance sheet platform and product;
- Incorporating risk and business assessments to maintain and enhance process controls;
- Reviewing impact of regulation on the business and drive change requests and investment initiatives to ensure compliance;
- Supporting Sales and Service with product inquiries as well as communicating enhancements the platform;
- Supporting client onboarding to our product solutions as well as addressing client questions and request for information;
- Reviewing daily and monthly financials and various product metrics;
- Supporting ad hoc research and resolution of daily issues, data requests, and reporting requirements;
- Providing concise, timely written and oral status updates to all levels of the organization.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Significant experience in product management and/or project management within financial services;
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders and clients;
- Analytical and resourceful / strategic thinker;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative yet values teamwork within a small group;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Series 7 and 63 licensing;
- Undergraduate degree required.
