Our leading advertising platform, TV+, allows clients to unlock new viewers across linear TV, CTV, and PlayerWON enables reach in video games. Meanwhile, our innovative Skybeam platform makes it easy for any brand to be on TV and have all of the tools needed for planning, execution, and post-campaign optimization.

We seek an entry-level Product Solutions Analyst to join our operational teams and help identify workflow challenges and develop innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and applying technology to business challenges, particularly using AI and prototyping tools. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or those with under 2 years of experience who are eager to make an immediate impact.


Responsibilities

●      Work closely with operational teams to understand workflows and identify pain points and inefficiencies

●      Analyze existing processes and develop practical technological solutions to streamline operations

●      Design and implement automation solutions that enhance productivity and reduce manual work

●      Create prototypes to test and validate solution concepts before full implementation

●      Leverage AI tools to develop innovative approaches to operational challenges

●      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine solutions

●      Document process improvements and share best practices across the organization

●      Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make iterative improvements

●      Stay current with emerging technologies that could benefit operational workflows


Qualifications

●      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field

●      0-2 years of professional experience (internships and academic projects are valuable)

●      Experience with coding and/or scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages)

●      Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset

●      High work ethic and drive to continuously improve processes

●      Genuine interest in applying technology to solve business problems

●      Experience or interest in AI tools and technologies for business applications

●      Ability to understand complex workflows and translate them into technical requirements

●      Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

●      Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives on finding creative solutions to operational problems and is passionate about using technology to drive business efficiency.

We're required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
