About the role: 

*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*

Fubo is looking for a product operations associate to help take our streaming tv service to the next level. We are looking for a motivated, creative, disciplined and solutions-oriented individual with a passion for user experience. The role will have a direct impact on the Fubo product and how users interact with it on a daily basis. 

As a member of this centralized team, the associate will be a key contributor in conversations around editorial strategy, operational efficiencies, testing optimization and more. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and will be tasked with critical responsibilities such as:

  • Content Strategy – Collaborate with the team on merchandising plans for upcoming tentpole events including sports, entertainment, news and holidays. Curate content collections and appropriately set them up within Fubo’s internal content management system (CMS). 
  • Content Management – Configure collections and other promotional elements in the CMS for Fubo’s various user plans and groups.
  • Campaign Management - Ensure that Fubo’s sports and entertainment calendars are maintained daily. Thoughtfully and proactively build an on- and off-platform merchandising strategy for all of Fubo’s tentpole content. Work with marketing, sales and design teams to align on overall messaging strategy. In addition, manage Fubo’s on-platform promotional calendar on a daily basis.Content Prioritization - Effectively communicate Fubo’s event calendar to appropriate internal and external stakeholders. Provide enough detail and relevant metrics to enable teams to understand Fubo’s content and library for their unique needs.
  • Data Analysis – Set up dashboards and perform ad hoc queries in our analytics tool (Amplitude) that answer questions about usage and enable us to track key metrics.
  • Competitive Analysis – Compare features, user journeys, designs, etc. of other digital products to Fubo, uncovering opportunities for improvement. Create reports/presentations and share with the organization.
  • User Feedback - Organize user feedback from app reviews, social media and customer service so that we can prioritize improvements/bug fixes.

  • Comfort with/knowledge of technology used to create digital experiences
  • Basic photoshop and design skills to work with design templates prepared for on-platform promotions would be a bonus

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $60,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $75,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's equity plan, annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
