What you’ll do
As the Product Marketing Lead, you will drive the product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and deep market insights needed to accelerate the growth of our stablecoin offerings. You'll become the voice of our product, ensuring we deliver what the market needs and that our solutions stand out in a competitive landscape.
- Craft Winning Product Strategies: Partner with product and sales teams to build strategies that drive adoption of our stablecoin products across various sectors.
- Champion Market Research & Insights: Identify trends, customer segments, and map user journeys to optimize our approach.
- Shape Compelling Product Messaging: Create strong product positioning and messaging that resonates with B2B customers and communicates our unique value proposition.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to ensure our stablecoin offerings remain ahead of the curve.
- Lead Product Launches: Take charge of go-to-market launches for new features, ensuring all teams are aligned and customers are engaged.
- Empower Sales & Marketing: Develop and distribute high-quality content and collateral to support product adoption, ensuring our teams have everything they need to drive success.
About you
- 7+ years of experience, with the bulk of your experience being in B2B product marketing.
- Expertise in fintech, financial services, or blockchain.
- An excellent communicator and collaborator, and ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven approach and decision making.
- Ability to collaborate and align with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment
Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and benefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both your individual performance and company performance. Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
Expected range for the salary component for candidates located within the United States is:
$162,623—$191,322 USD
